(Morganton, NC) On Sunday, June 28th 2015 from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm, Extol Recording artist Ernie Penley will once again be in the lineup for the 91st Annual "Singing On The Mountain" in MacCrae Meadows on Grandfather Mountain in Linville, NC. This will be Ernie's third appearance at one of the largest and longest running gospel singings in the nation.  The lineup also includes: Aaron Wilburn - Primitive Quartet - Original Inspirations - Patricia Smith - Caleb's Crossing - Michael Combs - Family Harmony and The Cockman Family. There will also be a special tribute for the late George Hamilton IV, a regular featured artist at the singing who's last appearance was at the 2014 singing. (Morganton, NC) The new single release "Power Surge" by Ernie Penley was released nationally on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. The song has already been added to many radio stations nationwide and is getting strong airplay. This song is based on the day of Pentecost as written in Acts 2:1-11 (KJV). The song not only decribes the day when Holy Spirit appeared to the disciples but the need for the power of the Holy Spirit today to bring revival to each individual and the church.
